Tools and Equipment
Tools List that are to be recommended for use in construction of High
Tolerance Floors:
- Our unique INGRAN patent adjustable shutters as discussed in our technical
offer, that are able to be adjusted to the specified levels with an accuracy of
1mm every 1.00m even after casting & screeding. This indeed insures most
precise levels & slopes that could be achieved.
- Automatic Optical level with accuracy 2.00mm in 1.00km round leveling,
with a wooden staff supplied with a water bubble assuring verticality while
reading forms levels. The use of a precise laser level is also possible, in
spite of the fact that the optical level is normally much more higher in
accuracy.
- Manual Magnesium STAY-TRUE straight edge special for casting 6.00m wide
bays with slopes & inclinations. The use of the RAZOR BACK BLITZ SCREED
vibrating screeder is also possible supplied with truss adjustable intermediate
members. However, we prefer to use the vibrating screeder only in the flat
locations of the floor & not in the places where slopes & tolerances
are so precise & requested to be accurately achieved.
- Vibrating pocker normally used for the slab edges & at joints
location. It is most recommended not to use the vibrating pocker for the
intermediate slab to keep coarse aggregate to the surface. This will affect
surface durability & abrasion resistance. The pocker will be strongly used
in the concrete curbs.
- Shovels, wheel barrows, hand tools, bolts & nuts for form construction
& concrete casting & screeding.
- A dumper 1m3 for transport & casting of small unreached parts with
truck mixers.
- Complete sets of special hand trowels from magnesium & high quality
steel, for hand floating & troweling of floor joints.
- Mechanical Power Floats & Trowels, supplied by different attachments
for the finishing & troweling of the floor surface according to the
concrete status & age.
- Double trowelers for large areas.
- Concrete Joint Cutters supplied by diamond tip blades for contraction
& expansion joints.
