1990
Creation of an electronic division focused on research, development, training
and assistance to hotel security. CISA introduces the first generation of hotel
locks, series 80100 which distinguishes itself for its innovative design.
1991
The first range of guestroom safes dedicated to the hotel industry. CISA is the
first in its field to propose electronic locks and guestroom safes specifically
for hotels.
1995
The second generation of hotel locks series CS9500. A more compact lock with a
new design, offering higher performances in terms of security (emergency key
TSP-Top Security Profile), and flexibility (RAM technology).
1996
CISA updates its guestroom safes range by introducing DIGIT and DIGIT MEMORY.
Advanced solution in technology (emergency key TSP-Top Security Profile and
Super Master Code) and design.
1997 SMART project.
CISA and Gemplus sign a technological partnership agreement. CISA launches
CS9580 SMART.
1998
CISA develops the first interoperable lock. The lock is compatible with several
smart cards supplied by third parties to be used as guest card. The first
portable encoder: "MOBILE". The device that can carry out the two
functions of card issuing and lock management.
2001
The launch of mykey security card. The security limits of the magnetic card
(clonability) are exceeded.
2003 The launch of the third generation of hotel guestroom safes, DIGIT
PLUS, in line with the hotel industry's new requirements.
2004
The launch of WAVE, the contactless electronic lock for high demanding
environments. The first lock to obtain an IP54 certificate.
